About The Position

The Account Manager at JOHNS BYRNE CO is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important clients. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals, demonstrating the value of JOHNS BYRNE CO's products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow business with existing clients, including upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze client performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
