About The Position

ACCOUNT MANAGER - Rochester Area Schilling Supply Company is a leading independent wholesale distributor of business paper, sanitary service products, industrial and retail packaging supplies, health care disposables, janitorial supplies, and cleaning equipment. Our company has locations in La Crosse, Madison, and Eau Claire, WI, and Rochester, MN. Our primary customers are industrial/manufacturing accounts, nursing homes, hospitals, schools, lodging and hospitality and building service contractors. Account Managers call on midmarket businesses within an established territory making regular sales calls, set meetings with key decision-makers, conduct needs analysis of the account’s current supplies and presents a detailed and compelling business case for using our products. Prospecting for new business is also required. We are looking to hire a full-time Account Manager in the Rochester area to learn our business and product lines. The ability to build relationships with customers by taking care of details and follow-up, coupled with a proven strong work ethic, and sales skills are important for this position. We will support you with training, a competitive salary and incentives, plus benefits including health and dental insurance, 401K (6% match), vacation, and travel expenses.
