About The Position

As an Account Manager , you will be the go-to partner for our customers — guiding them, challenging them, and ensuring they realize measurable business impact from Security Journey’s platform. You will not just manage accounts; you will own relationships , champion customer success, and lead strategic conversations that drive renewals, expansions, and long-term value.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of Account Management experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven success in owning renewals and driving account growth.
  • Ability to influence and build trust with technical and executive audiences.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organization and prioritization abilities in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Passion for cybersecurity, developer tools, or secure coding practices (a plus).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with developer-centric products or platforms.
  • Exposure to strategic account planning, QBRs, and contract negotiations.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Sandler, MEDDIC, or Challenger.
  • Background in high-growth SaaS or startup environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Your Portfolio: Serve as the trusted advisor for a set of strategic accounts, building deep relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Drive Outcomes: Develop and execute account plans that connect customer goals to measurable results and align with our product vision.
  • Deliver Growth: Own the renewal and expansion process, uncovering opportunities to grow customer adoption and impact.
  • Engage with Purpose: Run onboarding sessions, adoption checkpoints, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) that inspire action.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Leverage Insights: Use product usage data and customer health metrics to proactively recommend next steps that drive ROI.
