Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Manager to drive growth and strengthen relationships within our wholesale channel. This role is pivotal in managing key retail accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring a high-touch client experience consistent with the brand’s luxury positioning.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or wholesale sales, preferably in art, luxury goods, or high-end home décor
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts in a B2B environment
  • Deep understanding of the luxury retail landscape and buying cycles
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for art and design, with the ability to convey brand values and product stories
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Art, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-end retail and trade accounts, with a focus on interior design firms, and luxury home retailers
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships through attentive service, brand storytelling, and a deep understanding of client needs
  • Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless collection creation, sampling, order fulfillment and client satisfaction
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and report on account metrics and forecasts
  • Provide input on product development based on market insights and client feedback
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure all account activity is accurately documented
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and private viewings (some travel required)
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the brand’s premium positioning
