About The Position

At Daxko, Account Managers play a key role in helping our customers succeed — and in growing meaningful, long-term partnerships. In this role, you’ll build deep expertise across Daxko’s solutions and work closely with existing customers to ensure they’re getting the most value from our platform. You’ll own a portfolio of accounts, focusing on renewals, expansion, and relationship growth. You’ll also identify referral opportunities within your accounts that may lead to new partnerships. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys consultative selling, values trust-based relationships, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • A track record of successfully renewing and growing existing customer accounts
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability for your portfolio
  • Comfort working toward goals and measuring success against results
  • Clear, confident communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • The ability to work independently while also being a supportive, collaborative teammate
  • Confidence navigating negotiations and closing conversations
  • Curiosity and motivation to continuously deepen product and sales knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with consistent success exceeding targets
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce

Nice To Haves

  • SaaS or technology sales experience
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a software or technology environment
  • Familiarity with the health and wellness industry

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts, meeting or exceeding assigned revenue and activity goals
  • Develop strong working knowledge of Daxko’s products, services, and pricing so you can confidently recommend the right solutions
  • Take a strategic, top-down approach to account growth by engaging executive-level stakeholders such as Presidents, CFOs, COOs, and CIOs
  • Understand each customer’s goals and challenges, identifying opportunities for renewals, upsells, and cross-sell solutions
  • Lead customer conversations, product demonstrations, and presentations that clearly communicate Daxko’s value
  • Navigate negotiations with care and confidence, balancing customer needs with business outcomes
  • Proactively reach out to contacts within your accounts — and potential referrals — through phone, email, and other channels
  • Partner closely with teammates to share insights, refine sales strategies, and support shared goals
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and closing documentation, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for customers
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of account activity in Salesforce
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings
  • Share customer feedback and insights with product and marketing teams to help shape future improvements
