GSMA is seeking to play a pivotal role in growing revenues and managing demand as our events grow within the Americas region. The primary responsibilities of this position include driving exhibition, sponsorship, and advertising sales through various channels. This involves sourcing leads not only from existing portfolios but also through proactive prospecting tactics via social media, news publications, and competitive events. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing business relationships with both current and potential clientele, ensuring the event meets their requirements and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The role also entails conducting client calls, prospecting through phone sales, and organizing face-to-face meetings when appropriate. Overall, this position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the continued success and growth of GSMA global events through strategic sales and account management initiatives. International travel is required for this role and there is a requirement to collaborate with the U.S. team twice per week in the Atlanta office.
