Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or contract administration, preferably in technology products and solutions.
  • Strong communication, great listening and organizational skills
  • A customer-first mindset with a knack for anticipating needs
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and a comfort level with technology solutions
  • A team-oriented attitude and a drive to exceed expectations
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top tier college or university required or equivalent experience thriving in a sales environment
  • Out-going personality with dedication, passion, and a drive to succeed
  • Innovative, self-confident, and self -motivated
  • Eager to learn about technology and what it offers

  • Ability and willingness to work in our Middletown, Connecticut, office five days per week and travel locally to client locations as required

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contract renewals across a defined client base
  • Proactively manage renewal timelines, ensuring seamless transitions and zero service interruptions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that align with evolving client needs
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process
  • Maintain accurate records of contract terms, pricing, and client communications
  • Build lasting relationships that turn satisfied clients into loyal advocates
  • Emphasis on upgrading hardware and renewing contracts
  • Attain assigned sales targets
  • Strong work ethic and a passion for technology, people and processes
  • Handle multiple priorities
