About The Position

Strategic Campaign Oversight: Manage end-to-end campaign execution from intake briefs and project management to final reporting and recaps. AI-Enhanced Workflow: Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to streamline project management, optimize campaign documentation, and enhance operational efficiency Independent Operation: We value autonomous decision-makers. You'll need excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently while mentoring junior team members

Requirements

  • 5-7 years in digital marketing, advertising, or agency environment with proven client-facing experience
  • Serve as strategic client partner with analytical mindset and strong data interpretation skills
  • Lead client calls and internal meetings independently
  • Manage multiple campaigns across diverse verticals
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Leverage AI tools for enhanced efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Drive overall success of campaigns across various client verticals and budget levels
  • Develop intake briefs, project timelines, and campaign documentation
  • Lead client calls confidently, providing strategic guidance and best practice recommendations based on platform and vertical expertise

  • Represent client needs internally and anticipate future requirements
  • Direct day-to-day campaign operations including budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with creative, creator services, and paid media teams for seamless execution
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide strategic optimization recommendations
  • Prepare comprehensive performance reports and strategic recaps with actionable insights and learnings
  • Manage monthly billing reconciliation and budget tracking
  • Build resources and materials for the account management department
  • Maintain expertise in platform specs, guidelines, and industry best practices
  • Stay current with platform algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging best practices
  • Streamline campaign workflows and improve team processes using AI tools
  • Create internal and external presentations for stakeholders (Google Slides preferred)
