Stacker is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee clients and own retention. As a member of the account management team, you’ll report to the Head of Accounts and be directly responsible for the end-to-end client experience including onboarding, performance analysis, and renewal. You will be assigned to a book of business and expected to carry a renewal goal per quarter which includes opportunities for upselling and overperformance. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, sales-focused Account Manager who is energized by owning performance narratives. Experience in MarTech is welcome but not required; what matters most is your understanding of performance metrics, and working seamlessly with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
