We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Account Manager to support and grow key customer relationships. If you thrive on building trust with clients, identifying upsell opportunities, and delivering value through technology, we’d love to hear from you. We’re seeking an experienced account manager with strong interpersonal skills and a consultative approach to customer engagement. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth through upselling and retention. This role is based in our Reston, Virginia head office. Some travel to client sites will be expected.
