As an Account Manager at Medely, you’ll be responsible for the success, retention, and expansion of our healthcare facility customers. You’ll act as a trusted partner to your accounts, proactively guiding customer strategy, running recurring business reviews, identifying upsell opportunities, and driving renewals. This role requires versatility: one moment you may be advising a clinical operations leader, the next you may be collaborating cross-functionally with Medely’s Sales, Product, or Clinical Ops teams. Your ability to build relationships, solve problems, and translate customer needs into growth opportunities will make you a key driver of Medely’s mission to transform healthcare staffing. This position may require occasional travel, both local and overnight, to meet with clients and with members of the medical community, to establish relationships with clients and to promote Medely Inc. Compensation: $98,000 - $108,000 OTE (base + commission at plan).
