About The Position

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for new and current account growth, processing quotes and orders, and coordinating deliveries. In this role, you’ll be working closely with our customers, the Procurement team, as well as other members of the Customer Operations department. You’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining our 100% growth rate from day one and you’ll be able to continuously share your ideas with us.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle Sales
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
  • College Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Written and spoken fluency in English. Spanish a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets) or Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to help out team members

Nice To Haves

  • Logistics, Operations or Supply Chain experience a plus
  • Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow all aspects of customer health as well as quotes and order processes for your markets
  • Build and execute account growth strategies and maintain strong relationships with top accounts
  • Close, grow, and foster new customer accounts from the beginning of the sales cycle
  • Process quotes and orders, while ensuring the quality of the product, competitive pricing, and service levels are met and exceed customer expectations
  • Communicate with customers to ensure that specs are met, address/resolve any concerns or issues the customers have pre, mid, or post order
  • Travel to the USA for in-person client meetings and trade shows on a quarterly basis
  • May coordinate and optimize deliveries
  • Maintain a healthy supplier relationship with all our vendors
