About The Position

Nucleus Global is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support one of our commercial accounts. This role is ideal for someone who excels at client partnership, project leadership, and delivers high-quality work in a dynamic agency environment. The position requires flexibility to work PST hours and includes periodic travel for client engagement and live events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (life sciences preferred; advanced degree a plus)
  • 3+ years of experience in a medical communications, healthcare advertising, or related agency environment
  • Strong project and financial management skills
  • Excellent communication and client relationship capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
  • Willingness to travel as required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Veeva (a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Serving as a primary client contact and building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • Managing commercial projects and programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives
  • Overseeing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resourcing to ensure seamless execution
  • Partnering with internal cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work that meets both strategic and operational goals
  • Providing strategic input and day-to-day account leadership, balancing client needs with internal capabilities
  • Supporting organic account growth and contributing to new business opportunities to meet agreed financial targets
  • Traveling as needed to support client meetings, workshops, and key milestones
