Job Summary The Account Manager supports the implementation and ongoing administration of new and existing groups while ensuring accurate plan configuration and operational consistency across internal systems. This role works closely with the Director of Operations to assist with plan development, product configuration, system validation, and enrollment oversight. The Account Manager collaborates with Sales, Client Services, and internal departments to support the successful onboarding, renewal, and ongoing account servicing of groups throughout the lifecycle of each product and program.
