About The Position

We are looking for an Account Manager to help develop and implement our AM / CS playbook across an ever-expanding customer base of sponsor and broker users.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in customer-facing role
  • Experience deploying customer engagement and retention strategies in a data-heavy product environment
  • Proven track record in upselling/cross-selling/renewals/existing account expansion on a SaaS model
  • Ability to manage 100+ accounts at a time

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in commercial real estate technology is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Retention & Relationship Management – Build and maintain relationships across customer stakeholders to drive engagement, advocacy, renewals, and upsells.
  • Customer Enablement & Education – Deliver post-onboarding “wow” moments through ongoing training, product education, feature adoption, and usage tracking to ensure long-term success.
  • Deal Oversight – Monitor customer deals end-to-end to ensure smooth execution, proactively address issues, and coordinate internal teams as needed.
  • Customer Health & Feedback – Leverage a health score model and continuous feedback loops to measure satisfaction and inform both product and GTM teams.
