We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with print knowledge preferred for the West Coast. Cenveo offers a competitive salary along with comprehensive benefits package. Job Summary The Account Manager acts as the primary service contact responsible for managing the customer relationship for key strategic accounts. This includes timely and accurate pricing, order entry and tracking, inventory management, problem resolution, handling customer inquiries, and providing world class customer service. The Account Manager has firsthand knowledge of the essentials of assigned key accounts. The ideal candidate is adept in principles of costing, knowledgeable of print and related products, machine capabilities, market segments, and outsourcing partnerships.
