About The Position

As an Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of customers and be responsible for retention, customer satisfaction, and expansion. You will coordinate internally with engineering and support teams, manage vendor and carrier workstreams when needed, and run a consistent cadence of customer touchpoints, including Quarterly Business Reviews. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable leading conversations with business owners and IT leaders.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in account management, customer success, or client services
  • Experience in managed IT, telecom, ISP, UCaaS, or B2B technology preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable owning multiple priorities and keeping details straight
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day relationships for assigned accounts
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and ongoing strategic check-ins
  • Identify needs, propose solutions, and drive expansions and renewals
  • Coordinate service changes and projects with internal teams and vendors
  • Manage customer communications during incidents and escalations
  • Keep clean notes, activities, and pipeline updates in HubSpot
  • Partner with Sales and Engineering to onboard new customers smoothly
