Responsibilities

Work directly with top-performing Territory Managers (Presidents Club Winners) to support growth in existing and new accounts
Spend most of your time in the field visiting referral sources
Quickly build genuine relationships with referral partners and office staff
Execute follow-ups, maintain visibility, and keep accounts engaged
Support sales initiatives already in motion — you are an amplifier and closer
Represent the company with high energy, professionalism, and consistency
Maintain clear communication with leadership on activity and progress
