We are seeking a highly organized, client-focused, and results-driven Account Manager to own and lead a strategic program. This role is responsible for the overall success of a high-volume, high-visibility rewards platform, ensuring flawless execution, strong client partnership, and continued program growth. This Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for the client, owning all communication, expectations, and program performance. This individual will lead the coordination of internal teams, vendors, and fulfillment partners to ensure seamless execution across all aspects of the program. The role requires a balance of strategic oversight and operational involvement, ensuring that day-to-day execution is tightly managed while continuously identifying opportunities to improve performance and expand the program. This role is accountable for both the client experience and overall program outcomes, while partnering closely with a Program Coordinator who executes day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced environments where precision, communication, and trust are critical to success.
