Aspetto is seeking an Account Manager to support and strengthen relationships across its defense end users and tactical portfolio. This role ensures customer satisfaction, supports contract execution, and contributes meaningful procurement support to critical National Security missions. Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales, account management, or a client-support role
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable making daily outreach calls to prospects
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
  • Familiarity with U.S. government procurement processes (or willingness to learn)
  • Willingness to step out of your comfort zone and take initiative

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates with a background in Law Enforcement or prior Military are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing defense accounts and contracts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication
  • Assist with proposals, quotes, bids, and RFP submissions
  • Coordinate customer meetings, product demonstrations, and on-site presentations
  • Maintain accurate customer and contract data within the CRM
  • Conduct market and competitive research to support federal strategy
  • Support scheduling, documentation, and reporting tasks
  • Collaborate across internal departments to ensure alignment with government mission needs
  • Perform daily outreach calls to prospective federal clients to support account expansion
