Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of Partner Managers to achieve and exceed revenue objectives.
  • Take ownership of both personal and team commercial targets and overall performance.
  • Track results against goals, identify improvement areas, and implement actions to ensure delivery.
  • Manage commercial discussions and negotiations with partners to secure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Support team members with deal negotiations and ensure activities deliver strong return on investment.
  • Develop a strong understanding of partner operations, market trends, and competitive activity.
  • Set team priorities and oversee day-to-day account management activities.
  • Identify strategic growth opportunities across partners and markets.
  • Work closely with senior leadership on key projects, team development, and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product and marketing to support business objectives.
  • Lead regular business reviews with partners to monitor progress and performance.
  • Conduct performance reviews and contribute to team development and coaching.
