We’re looking for an Account Manager to serve as a trusted partner to our clients and a key point of coordination between TSF’s internal teams and customer stakeholders. In this role, you’ll focus on client retention, performance optimization, and incremental account growth, ensuring our outbound programs are delivering consistent value. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with existing clients, improving processes, and growing accounts over time. You’ll work within a structured, enablement-driven environment with clear expectations, support, and room to grow.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or a related client-facing role
  • Experience working with B2B clients in a structured, performance-driven environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort working with metrics, dashboards, and performance data
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a remote setting
  • Curious, coachable, and motivated to grow within a sales organization

Responsibilities

  • Manage a small portfolio of existing clients, acting as their primary day-to-day point of contact
  • Support onboarding and ramp-up of outbound programs
  • Conduct regular client check-ins to review results, share insights, and recommend optimizations
  • Track key performance metrics and use data to guide conversations and improvements
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion based on client needs, program performance, and business objectives
  • Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident in TSF as a long-term partner
