About The Position

DisclosedRx, is seeking a detail-oriented Client Services Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to support business strategies and ensure client satisfaction. MUST BE LOCATED IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING STATES: OH, IL, IN, WI, or MN

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in progressive account or customer management roles.
  • 1+ years of project leadership experience.
  • Experience partnering with Account Executives to manage client relationships.
  • Pharmacy, PBM, or TPA experience, and/or pharmacy tech experience.
  • Experience using CRM tools.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Member service, customer service, claims processing experience

Responsibilities

  • Developing strong, effective relationships with clients.
  • Support new client implementations, including incoming member disruption claims review, pre and post go live testing and claims monitoring
  • Researching and resolving member issues presented by clients.
  • Managing retention and satisfaction for designated customers.
  • Coordinating client communications and tracking client-specific results.
  • Participating in account reviews with Strategic Account Executives.
  • Proposing business enhancements to reduce errors and drive growth.
  • Training and mentoring other Account Managers.
