About The Position

Account Manager – Power Group Position Summary: ABM’s Power Group is seeking an Account Manager to support and grow existing client relationships by delivering integrated energy and infrastructure solutions. This role focuses on identifying opportunities within current accounts to improve operational efficiency, reduce energy costs, and support sustainability goals through services such as Lighting, Power Distribution, Energy Optimization, and eMobility. You’ll collaborate with technical experts across ABM to develop tailored solutions, manage the sales process, and ensure successful implementation and long-term client satisfaction. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in account management or technical sales, preferably in facility or energy services.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Experience with HVAC, Lighting, Power, Energy, and eMobility solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Motivated to grow professionally and financially.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand services within existing accounts.
  • Identify client needs related to energy, infrastructure, and facility performance.
  • Benchmark facility performance and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with Power Group teams (Lighting, Energy, eMobility, HVAC) to design bundled service offerings.
  • Present service agreement options and assist clients with budgeting and planning.
  • Support clients in transitioning from reactive to proactive maintenance strategies.
  • Lead the sales process from discovery through proposal and close.
  • Deliver professional presentations and proposals that communicate clear value.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of new services.
  • Track activities and pipeline progress in Salesforce.com.
  • Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
