Location: Remote - travelling throughout New Jersey and surrounding areas Hours: Full Time (Monday – Friday) Tarrytown Expocare Pharmacy – We are a long-term care pharmacy that provides specialized care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout the United States. We have been providing long-term care pharmacy services since 2007, but we originated as part of our independent retail pharmacy, Tarrytown Pharmacy, which has been serving the local community since 1941. Through our dedication to provide excellence to our customers, we have grown from a small independent pharmacy to a multi-state long-term care pharmacy solution. We are seeking an Account Manager to maintain existing Tarrytown Expocare client relationships for services provided from our pharmacy locations. This includes agencies in New Jersey and the surrounding markets. Account Managers serve as a liaison between our pharmacy operations and the agencies (clients) we serve to ensure a consistency of services, troubleshoot concerns, provide trainings, and ensure client satisfaction and retention. The Account Manager may also be involved in client onboarding to enhance the collaboration between client, sales, and the pharmacy team, and support client needs through the onboarding process. The ideal candidate values strong / trusted relationships with the IDD clients we serve, has strong industry and/or regulatory knowledge in the Group Home/Residential and Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) settings, ability to develop a strong understanding and situational application of Tarrytown Expocare’s operational capabilities, and thrives in a dynamic environment. This position is field based and approximately 80% travel.
