We are seeking an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise client relationships. This role is commercially oriented, focused on account retention, expansion, and long-term value creation, while serving as the primary point of contact for ongoing client needs. As an Account Manager, you will manage the full post-sale lifecycle of your accounts — ensuring strong adoption of Springbig’s platform, identifying upsell and expansion opportunities, and acting as a strategic partner to help clients achieve measurable marketing and revenue outcomes. This role is ideal for someone with a background in SaaS account management and revenue-focused client services, who enjoys balancing relationship management with growth responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
