As an Account Manager , you’ll be the dedicated support partner for our in-house/current clients , ensuring their service needs are met with consistency, professionalism, and care. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for assigned in-house client accounts—responsive, professional, and solutions-focused
  • Coordinate service delivery by partnering with internal operations, scheduling, and field teams
  • Monitor account health and performance , identifying needs and ensuring service quality meets Fikes standards
  • Manage administrative account tasks including work orders, service tracking, reporting, and client documentation
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, follow-through, and trust
  • Represent Fikes with integrity , delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience
