You will travel within your territory, meet with current and potential customers, and make a positive impact on your local community while delivering exceptional services and solutions to our valued partners.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven outside sales experience (3+ years).
  • Skills:
  • Strong consultative and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and presentation abilities.
  • Effective communication and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Travel within the sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers consistently.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by developing new customer relationships and increasing business with existing clients.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers within your assigned territory.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive results.
  • Sales Targets: Continually meet or exceed sales targets by offering company solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, customer accounts, and sales.
  • Market Awareness: Monitor industry competitors and market conditions to understand customer requirements.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to build, maintain, and expand brand presence.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, company products, and solutions.
