We would prefer that you have previous medical laboratory, heathcare industry or related experience and a familiarity with software as a service (SaaS). As an Account Manager (SMB), you will be responsible for managing inbound leads and outbound engagement with our most important existing clients to increase our book of business with each client and show the value of having the complete Vastian product suite. You will work with the Sales and Marketing teams to create new strategies and approaches to upselling and cross-selling within our client base. You will work with Client Success to identify clients to engage with based on performance and usage data and engage with clients nearing the end of their subscription to drive renewals with add-on subscription purchases. You will leverage Salesforce to manage leads, work opportunities and analyze client behaviors and subscriptions.
