As an Account Manager at Thumbprint, you’ll be the quarterback for your clients—driving relationships, overseeing projects, and delivering creative, tech-forward merchandise solutions. You’ll lead with empathy, operate with urgency, and solve problems before they happen. This is a role for someone who owns their results, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to help reshape an industry from the inside out.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship skills.
  • Super organized, quick learner, accountable, and able to juggle multiple projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Nice To Haves

  • Promotional products, branded merchandise, marketing, or ecommerce experience preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems, online ordering platforms, and digital portals.
  • Familiarity with CommonSKU is a major plus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Manage day-to-day client needs, ensuring top-notch service, accurate orders, and strong project execution.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and creative product presentations.
  • Coordinate with account directors, project managers, creative teams, and operations to bring campaigns to life.
  • Submit and manage purchase orders and oversee apparel and product orders.
  • Resolve issues quickly and proactively.
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic problem-solving.
  • Stay current on branded product trends, digital tools, and custom packaging ideas that elevate the client experience.
