We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our Customer Success team and support a portfolio of existing retail clients using our SaaS retail commerce solutions. If you're passionate about building long-term relationships, driving client growth, and acting as a trusted advisor, this is the role for you. As an Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for 100–150 SMB retail clients, helping them maximize the value of our software by providing education, strategic guidance, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
