Role Overview: The Account Manager will help lead an ambitious, multi-year retail operational and experiential program for a culturally influential athletic brand. This role centers on the launch and management of an ongoing pop-up retail experience—overseeing everything from operational maintenance, in-store staffing and programming, community moments, and ad-hoc experiential events. You’ll guide day-to-day client relationships, steward work that pushes culture forward, and ensure integrated teams deliver best-in-class retail and experiential executions. This role requires a strategic, detail-driven operator who can balance long-term roadmaps with fast-moving production needs, driving clarity and alignment across internal teams, partners, and clients.
