About The Position

As an Account Manager at Tiger Tracks, your expertise in Google and Meta Ads will be the cornerstone of your role. Requirements

  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in paid media within a high-growth advertising or media agency, preferably in a small to midsize firm.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads is required, with a strong grasp of bidding strategies and performance goals; familiarity with additional digital channels is a plus.
  • Ability to engage executive-level stakeholders and lead client conversations with confidence.
  • Proven ability to create and deliver accurate, insightful digital advertising performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Looker Studio to track KPIs, visualize data, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to upsell and cross-sell solutions to clients.
  • Track record of thriving in fast-paced environments, delivering against ambitious targets, and managing multiple accounts across diverse business models and industries.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable navigating ambiguity and making independent decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a relentless commitment to excellence.
  • A history of proven achievements, inside and outside of professional settings, that demonstrate top-performer caliber.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of top Tiger Tracks clients (7-10 accounts), owning client relationships, overseeing account performance, and achieving internal and external growth goals.
  • Build and optimize client campaigns across Google and Meta Ads, leveraging your expert knowledge of bid strategies, audience targeting, and other available adjustments, while providing suggested budget allocations for peak performance.
  • Lead client meetings, conduct budget recommendations, and pitch campaign strategies aligned with client goals, focusing on sustainable growth.
  • Translate performance data into clear insights, recommendations, and forward-looking strategies.
  • Update and maintain internal documentation and processes with accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by delivering clear, data-backed insights and guidance.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and apply innovative strategies to maximize client success.
  • Upsell clients on proprietary Tiger Tracks technology solutions and channel expansions to deepen relationships and improve paid media results.
