Imagine helping manufacturers across Poland work smarter, reduce downtime, and make better decisions through real-time production data. As our first Account Manager in Poland, you’ll play a key role in establishing and growing Factbird’s presence in the region. This is an opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up — combining commercial ownership with long-term relationship building. You’ll be part of our Central European team, collaborating closely with colleagues across Germany and the Netherlands, while owning and developing the Polish market. You will take responsibility for developing Factbird’s commercial presence in Poland. This includes: Opening and nurturing new customer relationships Building a strong and healthy sales pipeline Understanding operational challenges within manufacturing environments Guiding customers from first conversation to long-term partnership You will be the foundation of our Polish market, shaping how we grow and how we are perceived. This role requires initiative, resilience, and a strong commercial drive. It is for someone who gets energy from building, prospecting, and winning trust in new markets.
