Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred in Criminal Justice, Security Administration, Finance or related field)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet state licensing requirements
- Minimum 2 years supervisory/management experience in operations
- Experience with Security Operations Centers (SOC), compliance monitoring, and mass communication tools
- Strong organizational, financial forecasting, and conflict resolution skills
Nice To Haves
- Access control systems
- Developing security processes and training programs
- Managing multiple facilities within a region
- Finance, Invoicing, Budgeting and Purchase Order experience
