Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred in Criminal Justice, Security Administration, Finance or related field)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet state licensing requirements
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory/management experience in operations
  • Experience with Security Operations Centers (SOC), compliance monitoring, and mass communication tools
  • Strong organizational, financial forecasting, and conflict resolution skills

  • Access control systems
  • Developing security processes and training programs
  • Managing multiple facilities within a region
  • Finance, Invoicing, Budgeting and Purchase Order experience
