As an Account Manager at Moonbug Entertainment, you will manage day-to-day client relationships, oversee ongoing business, and ensure seamless execution across campaigns and initiatives. In Brand Partnerships, this means helping bring imaginative programs to life inside the world of Moonbug, from custom social integrations and YouTube content to Roblox sponsorships and cross-channel campaigns for major household-name brands. You will partner closely with internal teams to deliver on what was promised, keeping timelines tight, details organized, and communication clear. While sales and creative shape the vision, you help make it real, ensuring every campaign runs smoothly and every brand feels confident stepping into Moonbug’s colorful universe. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and energized by building strong client relationships in a fast-moving, playful environment where global brands connect with beloved kids content.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management or client-facing roles within the media industry, including media agencies, creative agencies, social agencies, publishers, or paid media environments.
  • Experience managing day-to-day client relationships and working on a defined set or subdivision of larger accounts.
  • Strong understanding of client management fundamentals, including communication, expectation-setting, and delivery.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts or projects simultaneously while staying organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance short-term execution and long-term account needs.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communicator, comfortable interfacing directly with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt as priorities evolve.
  • Interest in or willingness to learn the kids and family entertainment space and how brands engage within it.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing ongoing relationships and ensuring high-quality account stewardship.
  • Own post-sale account management, ensuring clients receive what was promised and campaigns are executed accurately and on time.
  • Develop a strong understanding of your clients’ businesses, goals, and challenges, and apply that knowledge to support healthy, long-term partnerships.
  • Partner closely with internal teams including brand partnerships, media & ad ops, creative, production, social, marketing, data, and finance to manage deliverables and timelines.
  • Oversee account coordination including media integrations, asset delivery, creative approvals, production schedules, and campaign reporting.
  • Run client status meetings, providing clear updates, proactive communication, and strong follow-ups.
  • Monitor account health, flag risks early, and work cross-functionally to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities within existing accounts to enhance performance, improve client satisfaction, and support incremental growth.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to support client pitches and ongoing partnership ideas.
  • Collect and analyze campaign performance data and consumer trends to inform client discussions and reporting.
  • Become knowledgeable in Moonbug IP and the kids and family entertainment ecosystem, including how it connects to paid media, marketing, and social strategies.
  • Strong preference for candidates with deep YouTube channel management experience within established digital media ecosystems.
