As a Marketing Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contactfor your assigned accounts—serving as both the client’s trusted partner and their internal advocate. You’ll oversee day-to-day client service, guide strategy, manage budgets, and ensure campaigns run smoothly from planning to launch. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, creative teams, media buyers, and data analysts to deliver solutions that drive measurable results. This is a dynamic role for someone who can think strategically, act proactively, and manage the details with precision.

  • Maintain deep knowledge of client business, KPIs, and past performance.
  • Partner with Strategists to identify growth opportunities.
  • Communicate initiative progress to clients and internal teams.
  • Anticipate challenges and propose solutions before they impact performance.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and scope changes.
  • Collaborate with media teams to ensure campaigns run as ordered and meet KPIs.
  • Coordinate creative deliverables, obtaining client approvals.
  • Prepare account performance reports and lead client meetings.
  • Support onboarding, competitive research, and strategy planning.
  • Oversee financial coordination, reconciliation, and invoicing.
  • 3+ years in client account management (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of traditional and digital media channels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
