Purpose of Position: To maintain and manage current clients for Hexagon’s Mining division portfolio within the mining industry in the defined territory. Act as the central point of contact for Hexagon with defined client – Voice of Client internally and the Face of Hexagon externally Continually fostering the relationship and working directly with clients to help them succeed and receive the intended value in the solutions To achieve client satisfaction targets set on an annual and quarterly basis To develop and implement a client strategy for the territory in conjunction with the Sales and Service and Support teams To maintain and build strategic relationships with existing and potential clients and industry contacts Work with other team members to collaborate on sales to ensure the client is aware of all HxGN portfolio solutions
