As we strengthen our mission to improve healthcare access, we are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service while leveraging our platform’s capabilities to maximize their experiences. You will help cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and challenges, and providing tailored solutions that enhance patient engagement and streamline operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management or customer success, preferably in the healthcare technology sector.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with clients at various levels.
  • Ability to understand and analyze client needs to tailor solutions that drive satisfaction and results.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the capacity to address client challenges proactively.
  • Comfort with using CRM software and other tools to manage client accounts and track engagements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure client accounts are managed efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between Transform9 and assigned clients, fostering strong relationships to understand their needs and goals.
  • Manage client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition to the Transform9 platform.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients, helping them maximize the use of our conversational agent to improve patient communication.
  • Monitor account performance, gather insights, and proactively address any issues or challenges that arise.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to share client feedback and contribute to product development for better solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, including upselling additional features or services.
