About The Position

We’re looking for a driven Account Manager to serve as a trusted partner to our landscape contractors and wholesale clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of account management or outside sales experience in the landscape supply field.
  • Strong knowledge of landscape products (mulch, stone, irrigation, hardscape, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to client sites

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in wholesale distribution or supply chain coordination.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.
  • Certifications like CLP (Certified Landscape Professional) or sales training credentials.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts in the landscape and construction sectors.
  • Develop strong relationships with contractors, municipalities, and commercial clients.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Track sales activity and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Stay current on industry trends, seasonal needs, and product innovations.
  • Travel up to 50% to visit branches, customers, and industry events
