As an Account Manager (AM), you will provide one-on-one support to a caseload of home care providers with the goal of a one-call resolution regarding their third-party billing. You will work with customers to help resolve their problems and ensure there are no gaps in communication. You will also ensure all accounts are healthy by processing their billing and analyzing reports to catch discrepancies. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Account Management.
