Our Newest Opportunity: OneDigital is looking for a dynamic person to join our team. Our team is an insurance plan broker/administrator for student health insurance plans. We specialize in Medical and Health Science Universities. This is not a sales or remote position. You will resolve client questions and offer solutions to ensure client satisfaction. You are often the first and last person a client interacts with, so you will need to efficiently and accurately resolve their needs and concerns. The Account Manager is a liaison between the clients and our company, so you must have a sound knowledge of the company and understand how to build strong relationships. You must also be an expert on student health insurance. Must be a team player and step up, help others, and be a problem solver. Cross-training and knowledge of all positions will be necessary. You must have a proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Previous insurance experience is a plus. Must have three years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Must be able to transition from one task to another quickly and handle urgent issues promptly
  • Detail-oriented
  • Self-starter and able to think on your feet
  • Outgoing personality and positive demeanor
  • Able to handle the seasonal high-volume workload and prioritize to work efficiently
  • 2-15 license or must obtain within six months
  • Confidentiality
  • Listening, understanding, and responding with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Ability to effectively handle a high deadline-driven environment and multiple responsibilities simultaneously while checking all completed work for accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve client inquiries with the ability to transition and handle emergent priorities
  • Weekly reporting to clients and immediate notification if necessary
  • Document outcomes and steps taken
  • Update client files and database with accuracy. Ability to handle heavy seasonal database enrollments
  • Consult with clients by telephone or email to provide information, answer questions, and handle inquiries
  • Provide personal prompt and efficient customer service via telephone and or email
