Position Overview: As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our existing customer base. This management position requires a blend of customer service excellence, leadership, and effective communication skills.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Regularly visit customer sites to meet with clients, inspect service quality, and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Promote the company culture and values among field employees, providing guidance and leadership to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with both clients and employees, ensuring transparency and clarity in all interactions.
  • Coach, guide, and develop field personnel to enhance their skills and performance.
