About The Position

Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Strategic Account Planning: Create and implement comprehensive key account management plans that align with Tek's objectives and drive revenue growth. Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively pursue new customer acquisitions across target sectors. Technical Consultation: Provide expert advice on our solutions, helping customers to understand their benefits and value within the customers' portfolio, systems, and applications. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with customer needs, industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Collaboration: Work closely with extended team, including direct sales, distributor partners, product line, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer engagement with Tek's solutions and services. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights for team and senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in technical key account management within technology-driven industries
  • Strong understanding of electronic systems and testing methodologies
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships with customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% of time to meet with customers and attend industry events
