You will execute a dual-track strategy: driving growth within a major existing partnership while engaging a strategic greenfield opportunity in the AI/Compute space.

Requirements

  • Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred) or related field.
  • Experience - Minimum 3-5 years in technical sales or customer-facing engineering roles within the semiconductor industry.
  • Skills – Strong understanding of the semiconductor design ecosystem; ability to work autonomously and organized; Austin, TX or Bay Area based.
  • Travel - Up to 25%
  • Fluency in English Language – written & verbal

Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic customer relationships to drive growth in Design Wins (DWIN), Tape-out revenue, and overall Revenue.
  • Engage customers as a trusted technical advisor on architectural challenges, specifically regarding Optical Interconnect, Advanced Power Solutions, and Advanced Packaging.
  • Lead alignment across Operations, Product Line, and End Market teams to ensure internal capabilities match customer requirements.
  • Execute a targeted capture strategy for a specific high-value greenfield prospect in the compute space.
  • Lead full-cycle engagement for long-lead opportunities, maintaining urgency and visibility throughout the design-win process.
  • Own forecast and CRM accuracy.
  • Drive Customer Business Managers (CBMs) to ensure operational execution matches your strategic intent.
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
