Requirements

Outgoing and personable—you enjoy starting conversations with new people.
Sales experience—especially in field sales or B2B outreach.
Tech-savvy—comfortable using apps, navigation, Salesforce, and QuickBooks.
Reliable—own transportation and a valid driver’s license are a must.
Mechanically inclined—you’re good with tools and don’t mind physical work.
Growth-minded—your hustle determines your paycheck.

Responsibilities

Prospect & Sell: Walk into restaurants and foodservice businesses to identify gasket replacement needs and pitch our services.
Close Deals: Follow up on leads, return to previous estimates, and convert interest into paid work.
Deliver Service: Represent The SEALS with professionalism, speed, and a friendly attitude.
Stay Organized: Use QuickBooks Online and Salesforce to log jobs and manage prospects.
Stay Mobile: Use your own reliable vehicle to travel between client locations throughout your territory.
