About The Position

The Account Manager serves as a primary day-to-day client partner—ensuring communication is clear, work is well-coordinated, and deliverables align with expectations and scope. This role translates client needs into actionable direction for internal teams, supports planning and reporting efforts, and contributes to high-quality execution across integrated marketing programs.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of account management experience within an integrated marketing environment
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
  • Understanding of core marketing and digital concepts
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Experience with project management or collaboration tools

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day client contact, maintaining clear, consistent communication and strong working relationships
  • Translate client needs and feedback into clear, actionable direction for internal teams
  • Lead client status meetings, including agendas, facilitation, notes, and documented next steps
  • Partner with account leads and/or project managers to coordinate work, timelines, and deliverables
  • Ensure deliverables meet expectations, requirements, and quality standards
  • Identify risks, scope changes, or timeline concerns early and escalate appropriately
  • Support billing and budget coordination by tracking inputs and flagging scope or pacing risks.
  • Support annual planning and campaign development through documentation and insights
  • Contribute to performance reporting and cross-channel insights
