We’re looking for a dynamic Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of Mid-Market customers in North America. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells by becoming a strategic partner to your customers. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams to ensure customers realize the full value of CleverTap. This is a hybrid position, with the expectation of being in the San Francisco office at least 2 times per week.
