About The Position

Key Account Managers are responsible for managing sales and service at our Key Account location. Due to the nature of exempt roles, work hours may extend beyond the standard schedule when necessary to meet organizational demands, leadership responsibilities, and business objectives. This may include occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends, depending on the role and the needs of the business. What we offer you! Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred in Welding or technical field; Highschool Diploma required
  • Prefer 5-7 years Outside Sales experience in competitive B2B environments
  • Manufacturing experience in automotive is preferred
  • Well-tested commercial negotiation skills in industrial and/or medical markets with personal accountability of growing top-line sales revenue

  • Manufacturing experience in automotive is preferred
  • Prefer 5-7 years Outside Sales experience in competitive B2B environments

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of sales & service for key account’s health system
  • Implement and track required cost savings at key customers
  • Implements sales & service enhancements as defined in Scope of Work (SOW)
  • Creates, monitors, and reviews KPI’s with designated key account staff
  • Effectively utilizes Linde resources for the implementation of SOW
  • Develops and maintains strong working relationships with key contacts across multiple functions, levels, and locations
  • Introduction of new technology among key account stakeholders to include coordination of Linde Met Fab Team
  • Understands key components and plays a pivotal role in: Wallet Share Gains such as equipment and clinical products Value Analysis Team (VAT) Potential modality changes to include Bulk and Microbulk
  • Optimizes the business in the areas of: On-Site Inventory Safety Stock of Special Items Service and Delivery Site Gas Services Microbulk Capabilities R&D initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned
