About The Position

Account Manager – $55K–$60K base + commission, with six-figure potential and a supportive, team-focused culture We’re passionate about delivering top-quality printing solutions and building lasting client relationships. We’re adding an exceptional Account Manager to help balance workloads and bring fresh energy to our growing team. A web offset printing facility specializing in direct mail printing, continuous forms printing, pharmaceutical printing, and print management. Our clients expect the best, and we deliver—every time.

Requirements

• Positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to excellent service
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities
• Confident working with numbers and technology
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel required)
• Minimum 2 years in account management or a high-level administrative role
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional remote/offsite work

Nice To Haves

• Printing experience a plus (we’ll train the right person)

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts with professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail
• Process orders using industry-specific software
• Communicate with clients via phone and email, keeping them informed every step of the way
• Prepare quotes, invoices, and project updates
• Coordinate with our plant manager and production teams to ensure jobs run smoothly
• Oversee projects from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
